Sichuan and Beyond.......2000-04-04
Several years ago, I was helping corporate clients prepare for a trade show in Sichuan Province. We put together a thorough guide to doing business in the province, covering its history, natural resources, legal requirements and related topics. If we didn't have the necessary information readily at hand, we could easily get it -- even the latest rules for joint ventures. But when we needed contact information on the province's government officials, it was almost nowhere to be found. We finally managed to assemble a useful directory -- but would have been delighted to have had access to a far more complete directory, like the one found in this superb Pacificom book. And we were looking for names in just one province. Here you can find listings for almost every part of China. If you need an up-to-date resource, to save you hours or even days of work, this is the directory I would recommend.
Hits A Moving Target.......2000-01-22
This is by far the most thorough and up-to-date compendium of Chinese government and officialdom that I've seen. As someone who has been doing business in China for several years, I've been frustrated time and again by the lack of current, complete contact details. Other directories, many of them several times more expensive, purport to provide the information. Most are out of date before the ink is dry. This one delivers. In addition to central government functionaries, it lists party officials, military types and municipal, provincial and diplomatic offices - no easy task at a time when there's so much shuffling and reorganization in official China. I was pleasantly surprised to find website addresses for so many government offices. This book is well organized and, apparently, will be updated frequently by mail and online. Those of us who do business in China can only say: It's about time!
Directory of Chinese Government and Organizations.......2000-01-11
Directory of Chinese Government and Organizations is a "must buy" for anyone who is serious about conducting business in China. The comprehensive nature and detail shown in this publication is a mark that a true expert, who is knowledgeable of how to successfully conduct business in China, wrote this guide. No other guide offers the variety of industries as this one. Plus, the ability to search organizations by province, and by national, and state government is an added benefit. I know that one of the greatest challenges that many people have faced when working with Chinese agencies is finding the right person to contact. This is the first book of this type that I have seen here in the US. Not even the most respected sources, including the Wall Street Journal can match the caliber and standards of this publication. I look forward to future publications. I give it 5 stars and the authors and publishers at PacifiCom, Inc. and Gala Worldwide Communications have my full endorsement!
An essential tool for doing business in China.......2000-01-01
Knowing the right people and connection is essential for having a successful business in China. This directory contains up-to-date information of Chinese central and local government organizations and major national corporations. You need the book to help you understand who you may need to deal with. An essential tool to get you started!

Surprising Storehouse of Wealth.......2000-03-03
My wife and I both read this book and loved it! We knew it was about the author helping to walk his father to death's door and we were drawn to that. We both have lost our fathers and I spent much time with my mother in her last months on Earth, helping with her transition. Jill and I were both surprised that this book is filled with insights about material as well as spiritual wealth.
Michael describes a journey of healing, for himself as well as for his father and mother. As with my own father, we often don't appreciate our loved ones until they're gone. Michael had the love and wisdom to get to know his father much bettter in those last days.
One of the things Michael never wanted to learn about was his father's passion for investing in the stock market. His father had finally developed an investment strategy that worked, and Michael agreed to let his father teach him the system. They both gained much through the process.
Michael reveals his father's system in the book, while also offering much advice to anyone who is losing or has lost a loved one. The story is deeply moving and is a surprising storehouse of wealth--both spiitual and material. My wife and I highly recommend this book.
Interesting and Inspirational.......2000-01-26
Taking Stock tells the author's personal story of the tragic death of his sister from cancer at a young age to his father straight foward lessons about how the Market works while he too is faced with terminal cancer. Dr. Norwood does a wonderful job of taking the reader on a journey that offers poetic insight regarding loss and healing with practical and interesting information about the Stock Market. Seemingly, an unlikely combination, Dr. Norwood tells his story with insight, compassion, and humor.
A breathtaking, true spiritual and personal drama.......2000-01-18
Michael Norwood- author, healer, and loving son - has written a deeply moving and ultimately highly uplifting true personal saga. The author drew me in with great force with the very first page and his story captivated me for weeks and even months after I read the last sentence. This book is overflowing with priceless spiritual and humanitarian insights and I look forward to reading it again and again.

Growth and Grace: a son supports his dying father.......2000-01-17
"Taking Stock" is the remarkable story of one man's struggle to support his father through a terminal illness, all the while wrestling with his own issues of personal and professional identity. It is a story of great love and respect, and it is a story of courage - the courage to face pain, fear, and impending loss and move through them to a place of wisdom.
The author, Michael Norwood, a chiropractor practicing in Atlanta, tells of his shock, frustration, and helplessness when his father refuses all treatment for cancer. He works hard to let go of his own agenda for healing in order to give his father the space to shape his own end-of-life experience.
One of the intriguing aspects of this book is the way lessons about the stock market are interwoven into the story. Once Norwood's father found himself faced with a life-threatening illness, he became intensely focused on the future security of his family. With considerable urgency, he began teaching his son his formula for successful investing. Norwood, whose interests lay in the creative and healing arts, did not take to these lessons easily. The end result is a testament to the love he had for his father and a monument to a man's desire to leave a final, meaningful gift to his family.
"Taking Stock" is beautifully written, wonderfully compelling, and intensely personal. For inspiration and for education, this book is a must read!

This is the Bible for my Bad side........2000-11-19
At the tender age of 22, I graduated from a southern university and moved to Washington, D.C. I went from the Land of Gentility, where the women are beautiful and the men are gallant, to the Seat of Satan, where the women are plain and the men are just angry. Southern Hospitality had been supplanted by subterfuge and vice.
Work was war games for us entry-level paralegals. There was sabotage in every form: from hiding a coworker's legal briefings, having nothing to show after hours of tracked overtime; to assigning us a task only to be reprimanded for not delivering what was asked for; to sleeping around to get on better cases with more glory; to the ruin of reputations simply for being a intellectual threat to a mental midget, who were many. I was unarmed and overwhelmed.
After suffering the slings and arrows of underhanded tactics, I found my weapon to return fire. L. F. Gunlicks's manifesto for whimpering imps is my Art of War, with respect to Sun Tzu. I found his book while on my lunch break at a time in my life when my sanity was being questioned, my abilities were discounted, and my allies unemployed. By luck, I picked up The Machiavellian Manager's Handbook for Success and the clouds parted, the sun beamed through. My enemies hissed and recoiled from the light. This became my Bible for my Bad side. No more being nice. I win.
L.F. Gunlicks details every tactic of the shrewd coworker, intent on thwarting the path of your rising star, to the manipulations of an inept manager. He devises counterattacks through clever strategies, which always succeeds in reversing the destruction and exposing the evildoer. This is accomplished in ways that never reveal your hand on the map. Follow his guide and systematically dismantle the power of your detractors. The Empress Tzu Hsi said, "It is better to have strong adversaries than weak allies." This book helps you to identify your enemies from your allies and to gauge their strength and their weakness. Use it. Win.

Good Reference.......1999-11-30
It is a good reference work on the personality, attitude and habits of any Machiavellian Manager. Detailed descriptions of the motives, reactions and descriptors of a self-cenetred employee who is ready to do anything to achieve personal gains. A must read for anyone who needs to understand, manage, avoid, conteract, (even become) a machiavillian manager.

interesting to say the least.........2005-05-18
been a bit of a fan of shawn lov's for a while now.. and was very interested to read this. whether its all true or not, and whether it has typo's and editing problems is beside the point. its an inspiring and somewhat educational story - even the hiphop element isn't really vital to the story, you could just as easily swap it for any art of any kind really. being hiphop was just a little bonus! its a great read, un-put-downable as they say... make sure you also check out shawn's latest work musically, with aussie producers prowla and plutonic lab. the track 7:59 is basically a continuation of this book... filling you in on what happened more recently... an epilogue of sorts... wwwdotcheckoutwaxdotcom is the place to get it! NUFF SAID RECORDS! NUFF SAID BEATS!
An Incredibly In-Depth Look at Hip-Hop.......2002-10-27
I would like to start by saying that I have been a loyal fan of Shawn since I first heard his music in 2000. If you are considering purchasing this book, I will assume you are too. This book provides a great perspective of the origin of rap and hip-hop from a man who obviously has experienced, as a fan and musician, all of the ups and downs of the genre. For the fans of the Lov Doc, like myself, it also offers the incredible story of the life of Shawn and his experiences. It allowed me to go from being his fan to really being able to connect with him and his views. I do not like books by any means, but I read this entire book within two hours. I literally could not put it down. This is a MUST HAVE for any fan of Shawn Lov.
A truly enjoyable read!!!!!!.......2002-05-23
Shawn's book is exactly what hip-hop needs. I have long been a fan of hip-hop, but am sometimes let down by the attitude and direction of the industry. At last!! Someone truly inspired has come along to bear the flag and show that there is a historical depth behind the lyrics that now pervade American Culture. Whether you are looking for historical context, a great story, or a truly uplifting journey --- you gotta pick up this book. It is as racy as any rap lyric, but still contains many tense thought provoking moments. I can't stress strongly enough that you simply have to get this book.
This Book Is Great.......2002-02-27
Wow, I was really impressed. This book was definetly informative and entertaining. I noticed that some guy keeps writing bad reviews posing as different people but seems to be the only person that doesn't include his name (He must have a lot of extra time on his hands). I guess he didn't read the subtitle "Growing Up With Hip-Hop" The only thing I can really complain about is the incredibly trite and muddy one page forward, but that was written by one of Shawns friends.
Enlightening the masses.......2002-02-09
A lot of people hear hip-hop everywhere they go, but not many of them know it's roots and that it's not all the craziness you hear on the radio. This book is excellently constructed varying between personal narrative and historical background that kept my attention even though I didn't know much about hip-hop to begin with. Now I hear the names that are in the book and know exactly who they are and the role they played. Livernoche's book is easy to read, extremely entertaining and informational- I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in the roots of the music!
Book Description
"I came through the Holocaust because of a series of often inexplicable circumstances, all of which were beyond my control. For instance, my 6-foot-2-1/2-inch height positioned me at the head of the line in forced marches across Europe. For a time, I benefited from this -- at least minimally...."
As the title states, _Head of the Line_ is Michael (Jakubowics) Jackson's chronicle of his experiences during the Holocaust: from 1941, when his and other Jewish families were rounded up and driven from their homes in the former Czechoslovakia; through his years in hiding, followed by forced registration as a slave-laborer in a Hungarian military camp; to his horrific experiences during 1944-'45 in the German concentration camps of Flossenburg, Hersbruck, and Dachau.
_Head of the Line_ is written with great humility. The author emphasizes that if his fate was to survive the Holocaust, then his obligation was to record this tragic history, as a lesson to future generations. This memoir is a loving testimonial to his fallen family, a deeply moving personal account that also illuminates the larger circumstances of the crimes against humanity perpetrated against the European Jewish community during World War II.
Customer Reviews:
Slaves Outside the Camps.......2007-03-10
I enjoyed this book not only because it was well written and easy to follow, but mainly because it depicted yet another way in which the Jewish population was "used" for slave work during the war. It's news to me that some Jewish people worked/slaved for the Germans but weren't actually assigned to a concentration camp.
Well Told.......2006-10-09
A very well told memoir. Heartrending and yet uplifting. Certainly a different tale from many and adds more detail to this awful period. Very worthwhile reading.
A Miraculous Story of Survival.......2001-05-19
It's hard to imagine that a society could tolerate the killing of 6 million Jews. It's even harder to imagine how this happened only six decades ago. I have studied and read many Holocaust books, but I can not remember one that affected as deeply as Michael Jackson's memoir and story of survival in Head of the Line: A Holocaust Survivor's Memoir. Mr. Jackson not only recounts a personal tale, but he tells the story of European Jews prior to World War Two. His use of Yiddish reminded me of a language past that my grandparents spoke about. Mr. Jackson gives a first-hand account of growing up as a Jew in the Carpathian Mountain region of pre-World War II Czechoslovakia. He proudly recounts his days growing up surrounded by a large extended family that treasured life, religion and freedom. His memoir traces his journey through the Holocaust as he bore witness to the atrocities of the war and the destruction of his family. He tells his story of survival in detail, from his deportation from his home, to forced labor marches and slavery to Dachau and eventually America. It is through acts of unexplained miracles, courage and a strong will to survive that Mr. Jackson is able to share his story. In just a few years time, we will rely on books like Mr. Jackson's to teach and explain the Holocaust. It is from this memoir that I will teach my children and my children's children about the Holocaust. It is for that reason that I recommend this book. Mr. Jackson's memoir will forever remain on my bookshelf.

Book Description
Robert E. Lee was a leader for the ages. The man heralded by Winston Churchill as "one of the noblest Americans who ever lived" inspired an out-manned, out-gunned army to achieve greatness on the battlefield. He was a brilliant strategist and a man of unyielding courage who, in the face of insurmountable odds, nearly changed forever the course of history.
"A masterpiece—the best work of its kind I have ever read. Crocker's Lee is a Lee for all leaders to study; and to work, quite deliberately, to emulate."
— Major General Josiah Bunting III, superintendent of the Virginia Military Institute
In this remarkable book, you'll learn the keys to Lee's greatness as a man and a leader. You'll find a general whose standards for personal excellence was second to none, whose leadership was founded on the highest moral principles, and whose character was made of steel. You'll see how he remade a rag-tag bunch of men into one of the most impressive fighting forces history has ever known. You'll also discover other sides of Lee—the businessman who inherited the debt-ridden Arlington plantation and streamlined its operations, the teacher who took a backwater college and made it into a prestigious university, and the motivator who inspired those he led to achieve more than they ever dreamed possible. Each chapter concludes with the extraordinary lessons learned, which can be applied not only to your professional life, but also to your private life as well.
Today's business world requires leaders of uncommon excellence who can overcome the cold brutality of constant change. Robert E. Lee was such a leader. He triumphed over challenges people in business face every day. Guided by his magnificent example, so can you.

Move over Sun Tzu.......2007-06-16
Move over Sun Tzu.
Harry Crocker has brought new meaning to the "how-to" book genre of business success. Robert E. Lee on Leadership is Crocker's latest book and specifically addresses the business professional. Using General Lee as the paragon of character and leadership, Crocker deftly compares Lee to the modern businessman and draws the appropriate parallels.
Sun Tzu's The Art of War has become somewhat of a cult classic among business "leaders" with its emphasis on destruction of the enemy and preparedness before battle. It was written over two thousand years ago and has served as a blueprint for success on the battlefield as well as the business field.
Crocker's Robert E. Lee on Leadership, however, is unique. Crocker describes the life of a great figure from the 1800s, takes a detailed look at his leadership style, and concludes that modern business leaders could succeed by emulating the revered Confederate general.
Far from being a book solely for the businessman, Crocker's Robert E. Lee on Leadership is a mini-biography of one of the greatest military generals of all time. Despite his military prowess, however, Robert E. Lee was a humble man, as Crocker points out repeatedly. Lee believed firmly that "obedience to lawful authority is the foundation of manly character." Obedience to God was of primary importance for Lee, and he expected those under his command to adhere to the principles of the Bible. A devout Episcopalian, Lee felt that the good leader teaches responsibility by giving it to others. Delegating authority to those under his command was one means by which Lee could accomplish both his military goals and direct Washington College (now Washington and Lee) of which he was president following the Civil War.
The reader takes away from Robert E. Lee on Leadership a lesson not only in business but also in life. Humility served as Lee's code of conduct. His only rule for his students at Washington College was that everyone "would conduct himself as a gentleman." On one occasion a young mother asked for General Lee's blessing on her son. Lee told her, " Teach him he must deny himself." One must control oneself before being able to control others; the business lesson is clear. Crocker uses instances such as these to draw a direct parallel to the life of Christ. By doing so, he gives the reader reason to hope that one can be both a model Christian and a successful man of business.
In battle, Lee was brilliant; he went up against enormous odds and succeeded, but was insistent his soldiers were not to harm any civilians. Never one to blame others, Lee accepted blame in the loss at Gettysburg when clearly his subordinates failed to successfully carry out his plans. But, when he was forced to surrender at Appomattox, he stated "we must submit ourselves in adversity to the will of a merciful God as cheerfully as in prosperity."
Harry Crocker's Robert E. Lee on Leadership belongs in the hands of anyone who has authority over others, whether in business or not. Its lessons are timeless.

Delightful Blast From The Past.......2007-06-22
Though this book comes in encyclopedia format listing all 1560 players alphabetically who appeared in the major leagues during the 1950's it's a great read. I went thru the more than 440 pages finding great pleasure in seeing pictures of these players and reading anecdotes about them. I grew up with early to mid 50's baseball and this really brings back the memories. Superb work!!

Over 150 years ago, John James Audubon published his classic book, "The Birds of America". In it, he cataloged the feathered creatures inhabiting the United States by painting exquisite portraits of every species of wild fowl he could find.
Each painting - whether that of a majestic eagle, or that of a common crow - was a work of art. At the same time, each painting conveyed far more than just a photographic image of its subject matter: They each conveyed the essence of its subject.
Taken as a whole, Audubon's work is nothing less than an encyclopedic portrait of America's myriad feathered inhabitants, and it continues to be appreciated and enjoyed throughout the world to this day.
What Audubon did for North American ornithology in paint, Rich Marazzi and Len Fiorito have done in words for baseball (as constituted by the players from the "golden age" of baseball) in their recently published book with the unassuming title of "Baseball Players of the 1950s".
Whether writing about a famous hall-of-fame baseball god, or a marginal journeyman who did nothing more than show up sober for a couple of innings in the "big leagues" between January of 1950 and December of 1959, Marazzi and Fiorito have breathed life into each of the 1,560 (!) biographies that make up their tome. And remarkably, Marazzi and Fiorito have somehow managed to find fresh and engaging things to say about players whose careers have been written about and analyzed in countless books and articles over the last 50 some odd years. At the same time - even more remarkably - they've also managed to come up with wonderfully readable and insightful blurbs on players whose brief time in the major leagues was not only short, but virtually invisible. And everyone in between is covered and accounted for in equally expert fashion.
Without a doubt, Marazzi and Fiorito's achievement - in its own way - is just as impressive as Audubon's, and "Baseball Players of the 1950s" is a book that baseball fans everywhere - as well as fans of good writing in general - will love and enjoy.
Trivia Heaven.......2003-12-23
I was so happy to see this book come out! I still have a dog-eared copy of the original version of this (Aaron to Zuverink) published about 20 years ago- talk about fascinating stuff!
I recently embarked on a project of my own to try and obtain the autographs of some of my boyhood idols- I'm 52 now- and this book has proven to be an invaluable source in terms of tracking these gentlemen down. The exhaustive research and amusing tidbits that Messrs. Marazzi and Fiorito have chosen to share give a true insight into the world of baseball at the time- 'Golden Age' indeed!
Book Description
This issue focuses on the Alliance for National Renewal (ANR), the ambitious effort launched in 1994 to build a network of representatives from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors with the goal of creating a national dialogue on community renewal. It reflects on the accomplishments and challenges ANR has faced since its inception, and demonstrates how ANR successfully created a safe civic space that allows citizens to engage in collaborative problem solving. With an introductory essay from esteemed scholar and Common Cause founder John W. Gardner, articles address the phases of ANRâs development, including its goal to foster improved relationships across service sectors, its role in integrating young people in community-based work for social change and its potential in helping nonprofit advocacy groups, university administrators, and government officials to combine efforts and resources in ways that foster habits of lifelong civic participation in young adults. Examples of ANR efforts to connect grassroots organizations are detailed with case studies of successful programs implemented in a community building program in San Antonio Texas, a K-12 school reform effort in Washington D.C., and the Rebuild L.A. program.

OLE BULL A MEMOIR BY SARA C BULL WITH OLE BULLS VIOLIN NOTES, AND DR. A. B CROSBYS ANATOMY OF THE VIOLINIST BOSTON HOUGHTON MIFFLIN AND COMPANY Camfcrfoge Copyright, 1882, BY SARA C BULI-All rights reserved The Riverside Press, Cambridge, Mass., U, S. A. Electrotyped and Printed by H. O, Houghton Company. TO OUR OLE A. 10 00 6443070 NOTE. IN preparing this memoir my aim has been to use incidents, criticisms, and tributes which brought out characteristic traits, as recognized by others as well as myself, and to supply only what was needed to make the sequence clear. Many poems and tributes, and much musical criticism, have been necessarily omitted for want of space. So far as possible, writers have been credited when quoted, but I desire to make still further acknowledgment to Wergeland, Winter Hjelm, Gold schmidt, Mr. Henry Norman, and Professor R. B. An derson, who prepared a sketch of Norwegian history, which has been given in a more condensed form. Ole Bull was in Sweden years ago when the union mark was adopted, for use in the Norwegian and Swedish flags. He would himself never float any but the pure Norwegian colors, and, from the first, was most earnest and pronounced in his opinion that none but the naval and customs flags should have the union mark, as the two countries were politically united only in their relations to foreign powers. For years he was almost alone in this feeling, but the subject has re cently given rise to much debate, and even heated con troversy. I speak of this here, because a paragraph re-. lating to the matter was omitted by mistake from the body of the book. i v NOTE. I cannot too warmly express, my thanks for the help and encouragement given by friends. It is in especial recognition of the careful interest he has shown that I mention my obligation to Mr. Walter E. Colton. The admiration for his work and original research, united to a great personal regard and affection felt for him by my husband, made me desire to place in his hands the Violin Notes, and it should be added that Mr. Colton has filled out the Note on the varnish, as he alone could have done. In Dr. Crosbys unfinished paper the bow arm and hand were not treated, and the Tartini letter is added because Ole Bull considered it the best instruc tion ever offered for the , use of the bow. Mr. Fieldss tribute was sent from his sick-room, so constant and unfailing was he ever in his thought of others. Mem bers of my husbands family have given me anecdotes and helped to verify many incidents, and Mr. Alexander Bull kindly placed at my disposal the correspondence of his parents.. To Mrs. Botta I owe the beautiful draw ing made for her by Mr. Darley, at the time of Ole Bulls first visit to the United States. The engraved portrait is by Mr. J. A. J. Wilcox, from a photograph by Mora, taken in 1878. The illustrations for the . Vio lin Notes, from photographs by Mora, have necessarily . lost in the reproduction something of their original beauty of outline and form, but they serve well the pur pose for which they are inserted. To all whose friendly services are mentioned in these pages, and to many not named, I make my grateful ac knowledgment and also to Mr. W. J. Rolfe, for kind assistance in seeing this memoir through the press. SARA C. BULL, OLE BULL. A MEMOIR. For Nature then To me was all in all. I cannot paint What then I was. Non Fiction.......2007-09-03
The story of the Sioux leader Crow Dog. It also talks about his family and previous generations, as well as children. He has a co-writer to get all this down. This isn't too bad, and a reasonably interesting account if you are interested in that sort of history and such books as Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee.
CROW DOG THE GREATNESS OF THE COYOTE.......2005-11-21

Crow Dog Review.......2005-07-19
Interesting contemporary information (i.e. 1950s on). Tells of Indian's on-going plight in poverty, alcoholism, disease and lack of employment and the feelings this engenders in them. Valuable history of past Holy Men (and women) and their values.
Since I am very interested in Indian studies, both past and present, I enjoyed this book.
A rich book (17 year olds review).......2005-03-25
Crow Dog is one of the best Native American books I've ever read. It is culturally rich and speaks clearly on the injustices done to the Native Americans. It talks not only about the injustices of the past but also the future, like the siege of Wounded Knee. Also this is one of the richest stories which covers the legacy of the Crow Dogs.
One of the reasons this book is so affluent is its personal feel. The author, Leonard Crow Dog, can't write and so he spoke the entire book to an interpreter. This gives the entire book a slow but fluent feel which shadows the way many Native Americans talk, and so the book feels, sometimes, like a story. It makes you feel you are there in every event, and you are connected with the book in an uncanny way.
This book goes in-depth in the religious aspects of Native Americans. The Crow Dog family has always been in the root of Lakota medicine men, and they are responsible for the continued practice of, and the creation of some, Native American rituals. Leonard Crow Dog, the author, was the first to bring back the banded Ghost Dance since the death of his Great-Grand Father. It happened at one of the most important sites in Native American history, Wounded Knee. However, this wouldn't be the last time Leonard Crow Dog would become history at Wounded Knee.
The siege of Wounded Knee, which lasted seventy-two days, is one of the most intense events of the book. In that short time a band of Native Americans, from a rainbow of tribes, raised an independent nation, defended that nation, and fell to an enemy whom had, or maybe more has, no sense of a kept word. The siege of Wounded Knee wasn't actually a siege because the land was a part of a treaty which said it'd be Native American land, but naturally the white man didn't keep their word. It's been more than a decade since the last battle at Wounded Knee and it has been erased from most people's memory.
Crow Dog seems to be more than just a book about the legacy of the Crow Dog family. It seems to be a story about the prevailing struggle that Native American have every day to keep hold of their identity, and to keep hold of their sanity as they are encircled everyday by people how've stolen their home. The important part of the book is not the continued signing and break of agreements with Native Americans, but their spirit to stand resolved and stand with the divine father.
History in the real meaning.......2001-10-19
Leonard Crow Dog tells his family history and the history of his nation with a love and power which can almost overpowers the reader.
