Having been in venture capital related fields for over 10 years, this is THE term sheet to use when doing venture capital deals (as entrepreneur, lawyer, or venture capitalist). The document is ready to use, so you can literally just plug in your numbers and alter minor wording where necessary. The other documents, such as the non-disclosure agreement are also incredibly useful.

A Sure Bet.......2003-10-24

I have not read this book yet, but will bet it is right on the mark. Alex and I worked together through his learning years (side by side). The environment, business state and people challenges taught us both alot. The successes were many and achievements great. In the end, Alex gets his biggest kick out of watching people develop and grow. Today many of those folks are at a place they could never of imagined. Having work beside, watched and contributed, I am absolutely thrilled to see Alex share his values and approach.

This is my second book, I love this book and hope to get one every 5 years! It's a great way to save all our wonderful Christmas memories, places to put photos,write notes and share your wonderful experiences for years to come. Although our 2 children are still very small, we already love to flip through the pages of this book and look at the first year when our oldest was a baby. This book records 5 years of Christmas memories and is a treasure in our home. Each year in full of areas for pictures, attaching keepsakes, and recording memories that would otherwise get forgotten with the passage of time. There is also a pocket in the far back to keep other treasures in as well, such as letters to Santa, etc. We have completed the first 4 years and I intend on buying another copy after we complete the 5th year in December 2006. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to preserve memories!

I must say I purchased this book in 2001 for my husband and I to record every Christmas together from 2001-2005. And have grown fond of this book. It has places for your card, stamp, photo's of your family, tree, decorations and all your favorite things including funny things that happen like when my brother got stuck under the tree one year! I've grown so fond of it that I'm back to order 2 more of these books now to enjoy from 2006 through 2013! but still worthy information that applies.. I know that some of the ECNs have changed so some of the information might be a flawed.. Other than that this is a good book for a serious trader.. I was supprised to see that nobody reviewed this book so I will..

[even though I gave it 5 stars] With all that said their are better books out their on DAT trading but I do appriciate the authors no nonsence style but yet still yields the necessary verbatim.. I hope to see the next edition so I can be one of the first in line to get the newer version...

A unique book about a unique disease........2007-01-03

Amazing. I was 29, 3 years ago, when I developed TN. I had a few of the same procedures and doctors as Carol. I also had an MVD, which basically ruined me for a long time.
Anyways, it was nice to hear someone else's tale about the horror of TN. I thought I had a hard case, but Carol is a true inspiration to me. She really went thru a lot and, it turns out, is a wonderful writer!
This was a book based on medical info. But it wasn't boring at all. It was a real page turner. I couldn't put it down and had to finish it in a few days. I plan on loaning it out to others who are dealing with the "fun" of TN issues. Thanks for a fabulous book!

This is the true story of the author's struggle to overcome the debilitating pain of trigeminal neuralgia. Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) is widely accepted as the most painful comdition known to medicine. It is a disorder of the fifth cranial (trigeminal) nerve, occurring in only 155 people per million, which causes intense intervals of electric shock-like pain in the areas of the face where the nerve branches. Carol Jay Levy begins her story as a young woman about to pursue a career on the stage in NYC. Suddenly, her hopes are dashed, as this disorder invades her existence. Diagnosis is elusive (she is "too young" for TN) and doctors repeatedly try to pigeon-hole her as mentally ill, due to a history of depression. Finally, the diagnosis is made, but treatment is ineffective, and she considers suicide, as some 80% of people with TN are thought to do.

Carol Jay Levy's courage and perseverance can help light the way for others who endure pain and a medical maze, with little hope and less help.
