book is full of information and examples.. and tells how to go about it.. but doesn't get to all the nitty gritty.. its a good primer so you don't go to a lawyer cold. and gives good advice on some of the things that should be in the agreement.. but is not a state by state coverage and you will need more details about your state to complete anything but it gives a good reference in the back on what your looking for.

Scrapbookers who are big fans of die-cuts will find ideas galore in Creative Scrapbooking by Sandi Genovese. A noted designer and the creative director for the Ellison company, Genovese has compiled dozens of scrapbook-page designs based around Ellison paper die-cuts. But for those who don't want to go to the expense of purchasing the ready-made cutouts, she provides 26 pages of patterns that can easily be traced or photocopied to re- create any project in the book. Relying on the cutouts to define album pages does tend to give them a mass-produced air rather than a unique look, but the designs are fun and colorful, and the good illustrations and directions make these easy projects even easier. The final section applies these scrapbooking methods to other items, including greeting cards, invitations, and a mobile. --Amy Handy

Ok! book, If beginner........2007-09-21

If you are a beginner scrap-booker this will be helpful to you. I wanted the book, hoping for a "how to" do some of Sandi's uses with the Sizzit Die Cut Machine. It was a little helpful but most of it I already knew.

Outdated Book!.......2002-01-23

I was very disappointed in this book. It seems to very outdated, and the ideas presented are not the most creative. Sure, the beginning scrapper could easily copy the layouts in the book, but they don't have that professional look that you expect to see in a scrapbooking book. The book does have a few good tips for beginning scrappers, and it has some patterns of diecuts in the back, which were helpful, however, I wouldn't recommend buying this book for those reasons alone.

This book was not as I expected. It had some ideas if you want to work for awhile. I would not recommend this book to the beginning scrapbooker.

This is a great book for both the beginner and the advanced scrapbookers. There are wonderful examples, plenty of patterns and simple directions. A must have!

Great Book!.......2000-03-16

I'm a beginning scrapper who was overwhelmed by the pages I'd seen in the scrapbook magazines. A friend recommended this book to me and boy did it help. The book is broken down by technique, which is wonderful. I was able to create good looking pages just by following the easy directions.

He implied that the 45-year-old Congresswoman and her 29-year-old administrative assistant were having an affair. The allegations were untrue, but as a consequence of the letter, she lost her Congressional seat, her personal life was held up to scrutiny, and her political career was destroyed. For many newspaper readers it was simply an amusing tale of the lonesome farmer who wanted his pretty blonde wife back home in the kitchen rather than on Capitol Hill; however, it is also the story of political intrigue, domestic violence, and the stifling social attitudes of the time.

the ghost of Andy's Hotel.......2000-02-03

I thought that the story was fascinating. I grew up in the area and had always heard the story of "Coya" never knowing any of the characters. The book tells the story of the struggle of a hometown girl that was filled with passion and how she falls into politics and "tragically" falls out. The book shows just how corrupt the political scene can be, especially to a woman from a small midwestern town.

I anticipated that reading a book about my profession would be rather dry, but was actually quite riveted by this book. It goes into excellent detail about the way a wide variety of crises are handled and offers common sense and explicit guidlines about how to deal with crisis communications.

Such a variety are included that it is likely to cover an area familiar to any PR professional.

She includes detailed interviews with those in charge of dealing with the media and several crisis communications plans. From NIKE to the postal service shootings, the book takes an inside look at how different PR professionals reacted to the variety of circumstances.
